app wont operate at 120mbps as of today

it is a roku enabled tv. the music channels wont even start. a saved original series starts fine. the tv and apps are updated. wifi is mine.

moved to stream app area of the forum from streaming website area.

Hi there, online_. Thanks for posting here for support! Sorry to hear about the problem with the app. It's possible we might need to open a request for this. Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling to see if that helps any, even if it's just a portion of the channels having trouble?
