App stuck on Downloads

My streaming app is stuck on downloads and I can’t watch live tv

Hello @user_d7d241, Thank you so much for reaching out to us today about the Xfinity Streaming App not downloading. How are you trying to download the App, is it via the X1 TV box, streaming stick, or a smart TV?

I am having the same problem. It's not the Xfinity app that won't download, it's the download section of the Xfinity app. It's stuck on that part of the app and it won't let you pick TV Go channels or anything else.

I am sorry to learn about this expeirence with the download section of the XFINITY app. I enjoy this feature as it allows me to take my recorded shows on the go. We are the perfect team to help. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app or checked if this issue is happening on mulitple devices?

I am using an Android phone and Stream app.  Same here it is stuck on download and everything else is greyed out.  What a piece of $)(**U987987.
