I am having the same problem. It's not the Xfinity app that won't download, it's the download section of the Xfinity app. It's stuck on that part of the app and it won't let you pick TV Go channels or anything else.

I am sorry to learn about this expeirence with the download section of the XFINITY app. I enjoy this feature as it allows me to take my recorded shows on the go. We are the perfect team to help. As a customer myself and someone who loves watching the Xfinity Stream App, I can only imagine what this is like. We will definitely get to the bottom of this together, once and for all! I would like to try some other advanced troubleshooting steps, to get to the bottom of this and get you back on track again. To continue, please reply in a private message with your first and last name and service address following the steps below.
To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message: Click "Sign In" if necessary • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window • Press Enter to send it
