App not working

My xfinity app has been having issues for 3 days  now. I have restarted reset re everything that I can think off did diagnostic on my internet box but to no avail it is still not working I just paid for xfinity tv and entertainment channels and now my money is being wasted because I can not look at the app. What is going on here.
