App not showing current recorded shows

When I go to watch with the app in my iPad, it’s not showing the current recorded or current scheduled shows.  It’s showing old stuff and old schedule. I tried deleting, reinstalling and logging in-out. 

Any suggestions?

have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it (logging back in and agreeing to the terms and conditions)?

Yes.  It works fine on the desktop.  The issue is with the app on the ipad.

Hi Hydrant328,  thank you for your reply here on our Forums.  Can you confirm that you are using the same username when signing into your app through your desktop and iPad?

I am having the same issue on my ipad app and tried the remedies above. The shows I am missing were from the same day (July 14) . I had recordings for the same shows from July 7 and July 21. This is not the first time this has occurred.

Yes. Latest incident was on July 14 but there have been many other instances in the past.
