App loading issues and Xfinity stream

Anyone else having issues with apps taking forever to load? Sometimes the app will freeze, refusing to load completely. Also, when trying to use Xfinity stream, it won't show recorded episodes, sometimes won't even show on my DVR. Considering the cost of services, you would think there would be fewer issues. It's very frustrating!
