Amazon App on TV not all shows load
Only certain shows can be watched on Amazon Video. Receive an error message that says not working, try again. Amazon and Xfinity has not yet helped to restore. Not all Netflix programs or shows work either. Please help.

It is incredibly frustrating when you’re ready to relax with your favorite shows on Amazon Prime and Netflix, and they just won't load properly, especially when you've already tried reaching out for help. To confirm, how are you streaming your content, are you using a X1 cable box?
