All Channels missing except 4, streaming xfinity.com says I an not subscribed to any channel I try.

MY Xfinity stream app on iOS only shows 4 channels. The xfinity.com/steam site shows all my channels uner live tv but selecting any of them says I an not subscribed to that channel. All the channels work on my cable box. Also connecting to any app such as disny now or cartoon netowrk when logging in to my xfinity account it says I an not subscribed. I have Preferred Digital 220+ and all the channels in my line up that I have tried give the same error that they are not in my line up.

 

I spend hlours on the phone with support and they said it work after they refreshed my box but that did nothing. She said I need to update to a new box for an extra fee because my box gave an error durring teh refresh. I told her to try again becaus I am not paying an extra fee to get the package I pay for. It took the refresh after 10 min but I still dont get the channels on the xfinity app, the website, or any other apps. I dont even know what my box has to do with streaming apps anyway. I could unplug it and I should still be able to work.

call 800-comcast and ask for tech support for TV. ask that agent to transfer you to the app support team. ask that team member to perform strreaming entitlements refresh. working?

After 3 calls and over 4 hours on the phone it finally works. I didn't see your message in time so I didn't know to ask for App support but they some how got it working after transfering me to a tier 2 support that had tier 3 on text chat. It wasn't until they asked for a screenshot of the app not showing the channels that they finally got it fixed.

if you are having this issue try this. go to xfinity.com and sign in. select accounts, then users. create a new user and use that username/pass to sign in to the stream tv site. working?

I've been live streaming for over a year now and Xfinity now tells me I need to upgrade in order to live stream! I can't believe all the money we pay and now we can't watch the local news channels! About to cancel and just go through Prime for TV. I don't have issues with them, they way I do Xfinity.
