Still no fix? August 2026 and reading this issue been going on for over a year? I just got the subscription not aware of this, it’s impossible to watch any shows whatsoever, I guess time to cancel

Hi there user_71ptth, thanks for taking the time to post here on the community forums! I'm sorry that Disney+ isn't cooperating with you. To get a better idea on how to help, can you provide more info about what's occurring? Is this happening when watching Disney+ on an X1 cable box or XUMO device, and if it's an X1 box, can you tell us which model you have from the X1 TV Box list?
