Account issue
Good Evening,
I’ve read of the same issue with other users in other areas of the form. Essentially I have my old service account still attached to my user ID. So when using any apps such as the XFi or Stream app it says I need to upgrade my service or add video service. Seems most people were successful when their accounts were unlinked. Looking for professional assistance.

call 800-Comcast and select billing. ask the agent to make your current account username point only to your current account/address.
