Access but not authorized

This is error I am getting when I am trying to open my Xfinity stream on new Roku tv in my home office.  Help please!  I've tried everything you suggested on your page

@lori_l1 Thank you for making us aware of this error message you keep getting in your home office. I would be more than happy to help figure out a solution to this problem you're experiencing. 

 

So that we don't go over something you've already done, can you please share with me what troubleshooting steps have you completed on your own?
