A new issue with new TV Xfinity streaming TVAPP-00195

Got a new smart tv  Samsung made in 2024/ Wanted to go to Xfinity Streaming.  I noticed that Xfinity streaming would not support Samsung TVs prior to 2018. Should be ok. Initial setup with phone support worked. Spent literally  hours with phone support and trying to get back in is a disaster.  So if anyone has any ideas please let me know.  My primary Tv where the xumo box is works.  The new secondary tv I was told did not need another xumo box, I can see the Xfinity Streaming app icon. Go through the process with the Qr code and  get

"This package is not yet available on this device"   Before I hung up with phone support we went to both TVs and logged on to all Apps with my Now streaming package including Netflix, Peacock and Apple Tv +. Everything worked. Now the Xfinity streaming does not work on the 2nd tv.   Any help would me greatly appreciated  MB
