4K fire stick Xfinity stream blurry

Hello. If you are reading this please help! My Xfinity streaming app on my 4K firestick is no longer coming in clear. Like others have mentioned, every other app is working perfectly and it's not a bandwidth issue. Posting now to get the ball rolling so we can have a line of communication. Xfinity please help. If I need some type of resolution or picture card resent not sure if those terms are correct please contact me with steps to move forward.
