4k color

Sometimes good. Fades. Followed changing 60 fps setting to 30. Worked. Today started show, faded colors again. Went back to 79 and Volos back. Apple TV 4K is smears perfect. What’s can I do?  I’d box bad?

Hi there @radnortx1, I am so sorry you are experiencing this issue with the Apple TV App. Are you seeing the same issue with any other App or live TV?

@XfinityRoberto​ Not the Apple TV app at all - mostly Netflix app and sometimes Prime.  What I wrote was that using my Apple TV device, I never have this problem.

Have you attempted to restart your modem to see if this helps?

Just saw typos in my post - colors are faded on Netflix 4K shows - someone suggested changing 60fps for 4k setting to 30fps.  This worked but the next time on Netflix, color faded again.  Switched back to 60 and colors returned.  Something isn't right.  Using my Apple TV device, colors are always perfect so its either Xfinity signal or maybe a bad cable box?  Re-booting modem did not help the problem.  Sorry for first post which turned out weird!

No worries at all! Are you experiencing issues with any other devices in your home?
