4 days with no xfinity app streaming video.

I am getting TVAPP-00500 error when trying to stream live TV on Xfinity with the app on ROKU. The app opens up, then when you try to view the channels, it gets hung up.   When the tech couldn't figure it out they told me to go to ROKU and ask them why their device is not compatible. (LOL) Yet it was compatible until 4 days ago. I talked to roku and they said the problem is Xfinity. It is a known issue in the app. Every other App works fine on roku. I have tried  restarting the app, removing and reinstalling the app, shutting down the roku and re powering it. I can run TV on my PC. All of my apps show as up to date. On Wed it hesitated but signed on after 15 minutes. No live TV since then. Very frustrating, especially the runaround.
