3rd Party App disruption

When I use 3rd parry apps through Xfinity such as Humu or Netflix, the signal always goes out. Sometimes I can still hear the talking but screen goes fuzzy, pink and black.

That's definitely not the experience we want for any of our valued customers! Can you give us a little more information, such as if this is happening through your X1 cable box, on a wireless device (tablet or cell phone), or straight through a SmartTV? Are you seeing any issues with your internet service otherwise, such as slow speeds when browsing?

Also, have you taken any steps to troubleshoot this on your own yet? This can include using the Xfinity App to troubleshoot your network connection, talking with our awesome tech support, checking your modem connections, and rebooting the modem.
