2111 error

When I try to stream using the xfinityvstream app, I constantly get a 2111 error. Ove tried re-installing the app, restarting my fire stick to no avail. Is there something else I can do?

This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-stream-app-faqs has great information on what devices are compatible with our xfinity streaming app, this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-tv-app-requirements  show the minimum requirements the device must have. Let me know if this information was useful.

I think its.your app

 We use it on a fire tv, firestick TV and a Samsung. It constantly freezes, hangs.or just restarts on all of them. It may be time to.look for another streaming service :(

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
