My comcast email has disappeared

i currently am using 37 percent of my email quota.  All of my emails have disappeared from my inbox and they are not in the trash bin. I would like to get my emails restored.

I have been a customer for over 10 years and getting support on this matter has been difficult.  Can I get help please??
