@nlretired Hello there! We're so glad to have you reach out, and that our friend @BruceW was able to get some additional information for you regarding some of the storage settings! In the event that your sent emails are not appearing, it may be a result of having full storage within the email as a whole. In the referenced material, we do indicate that there are 10 GB of storage space. Have you had the opportunity to check out how much you have available?
And is it all sent emails that aren't appearing for you any longer?
... Would there be any reason I cannot access/see items in my sent mail, other than MY deleting them? ...
There are many, but I have no access to check what's happening. If an employee doesn't reply to your message here, Comcast Security Assurance should be able to help. You can reach them at 888-565-4329 (from https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.
The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful, so you may need to be persistent and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.

Bruce, thanks for your response. Would there be any reason I cannot access/see items in my sent mail, other than MY deleting them? Thanks again. Frank
