You don't care about Existing Customers

I paid off my phone. My wife paid off her phone. We were told to log into our account where we would find deals for a new phone. There were no deals. This reminds me of Sears when they would not take anyone else's credit card. And then, there was Walmart. Just keep not investing in what you already have. And to will become an albatross.

I'm assuming they were not helpful if you contacted them through Chat.  I have 4 phones that I want to upgrade but they don't care about loyal customers.  Pay full price for a phone NOT GONNA HAPPEN!
