Xfinity Refuses to send me SIM unlock pin.

I have been through the online system multiple times and was told I would be sent an unlock pin that never arrived.

I see online that tons of users have the same problem. There must be some kind of class action lawsuit for this?

They're holding our devices and phone numbers hostage.
