Xfinity Mobile's trying to skip the two $300 gift cards for the 2 iPhones 13 Pro Max I purchased during promotion in Nov 2021
I purchased two iPhone 13 Pro Max I purchased during promotion in Nov 2021. I am supposed to receive $300 gift card for each phone. So far it has been almost a year and still nothing.
My account has been in good standing. I have been calling customer service every month and every time they told me a different story. They put me on long "brief hold" to talk to superior and the answer is still NO.
Every time I called Customer Service, they said I purchased those phone without promotions. I was very careful with this type of Promotions. I took screenshot of their promotion on their website and brought it to Xfinity store and asked the retailer order those phones for me. I also asked them to double check with their supervisor to make sure the promotion was on and I could get it. They did confirmed with their supervisor and then they helped me order those phones. The Xfinity employees in their stores were very nice and it took 2-3 hours for them helping me verify all information and make those orders.
I made insurance claim on my phones because my husband and I lost our phones. After receiving the replacement phones, I had to call Customer Service to activate the phones with new IMEI number and sim card number. One time I called and ask for the gift cards, they said the IMEI number did not match.
They put on the promotion to scam their customers.
It's such a worst experience with a big name provider like Xfinity.

I moved my T-Mobile lines to Xfinity on the basis that I will receive $300 gift card for each lines. The Xfinity agent I spoke to on 11/19 was Jayde with ID# 10239469 and she processed the order and clearly said I will receive a total of $600 for both lines. I called just a week later on 11/24 to activate both lines and the agent I spoke told me I was lied to and was to only expect $100 per line for a total of $200. This is a clear case of bait and switch, and complete lack of integrity on Xfinity. Suffice to say that I will be cancelling the lines and going back to T-Mobile even if I have to pay more each month. Misleading and defrauding customers is no way to do business.
