Xfinity Mobiles not unlocked even after a week of the request

​I raised a request to unlock my phones. I already paid the balance in full. I received an email that they were unlocked, but the phones still show as locked to Xfinity. I am stuck in a snowstorm with no way to even call someone. I have issued several tickets with the support team, but there is no progress.​

Update: I also reached out to Apple support.  They confirmed that they see no indication that the provider lock has been removed by Xfinity.
