xfinity mobile

I have three lines on my Xfinity Mobile Account. I replaced an Iphone 11 with an Iphone 12 and we currently are not using the Iphone 11.  I have an Iphone 6 and would like to change my number to the Iphone 11. Can I change the sim cards or what do I do to accomplish this. Thanks

We're unable to perform any device or account specific requests over this platform. Please reach our amazing Xfinity Mobile team using the methods below.

Another option may now be available. 

Go into the XM App, Devices, Select the the line/device, Select Upgrade or switch devices, Select Bring your own, and then see what options and directionsare available.
