Xfinity mobile unable to make calls
I have xfinity mobile. As of yesterday suddenly I was no longer able to make calls. By where my bars are it says 3g. When I make a call it gives me some Verizon wireless automated message. When I call my cell phone it goes straight to voicemail. I have reset my network settings. I have reset my network settings taken out my sim card and then put it back in then rest network settings again. I also factory reset my iphone. Nothing has forced my celluar network to resume working. This is a brand new iphone never used. I have never been with Verizon wireless. My account isn't suspended. I cannot seem to get anyone to help solve my issue. So per Xfinity mobile I called verizon, Verizon said because I am not a customer they cannot do anything for me and that I have to call my cellphone provider. What the heck is going on?!?!
