Xfinity mobile scammed me

So I purchased a iphone 14 pro max for my wife as a gift and she didn't like it so requested a return they sent me the label and we returned it in FedEx and bought a new Samsung issue is the FedEx tracking number says is been delivered back to them and xfinity send me emails saying they have not received it also got a email saying sense they never got the phone returned they cancel my returned I've called many times spoke with every level of rep and all tell me lies and different things like yes is in the warehouse but it has not been updated yet I will refund you the money but I never get it the return has been sense Dec 27 that it says is been return to the warehouse and is jan 23 and no money back and the account now shows 3 lines when it should be 2 and the phone still shows up I've been with xfinity for 7 years for home services but this month is the month we part ways I don't care if they report it to the credit I'm keeping there phones and selling them for all the mess they have been putting me through and all the bull they say when I call good luck to all

They won't just report it to all the credit bureau's, they will take the money out of your bank or credit cards. And if they can't for some reason there is no doubt you can be charged with theft. As long as you have proof you returned them and they are showing as being delivered [Edited: "Solicitation"]. They pull this with a lot of people... tried to pull it with me my very first year with them 9 yrs ago. Too bad for them I'm not stupid...  I filmed everything from the phone being in brand new condition and working perfectly up to packing it up and sending it at FedEx. And I made sure they had to sign for it. Had to pay extra but it's a very small price to pay. I would ask that you rethink your actions... the only one who will get hurt is you. Now when I get a phone from them I make sure I go to the store, because when you buy at the store you can return it to the store. The garbage about not being able to return something you bought online at the store is purposely designed to [Edited: "Language"] over.

@tuffigirl​ I don't care about none if that if they don't fix it I'm keeping all the phones and not paying nothing they don't have my bank account only my card and I will disable the card and get a new one with new set of number forget them
