Xfinity Mobile Phone "Not Supported"

I bought an unlocked Moto G Power 2021, and I have switched in my other phone's Xfinity Mobile sim card to confirm it does indeed work, and give me data and calls which is all I need. I am trying to add it onto my current Xfinity by the gig plan, yet the Xfinity associate at the store said "It's not supported". I know that there is supposedly "trouble using features, such as voicemail and mobile hotspots," but I don't use them and I don't care if that's supported or not. 

How can I get an Xfinity mobile sim card and add my Moto G Power onto my plan?
