XFinity Mobile order approved, then canceled
I placed an order for 5 lines and was approved and expected a possible email asking for verification such as a utility bill and something else proving residency like an DL. I received a call and the rep stated something about soft versus hard credit checks and that my order will be canceled, possibly due to my file being locked and to place the order again in 24 hours. Of course I wanted the new phones and plan for my family as a gift and tomorrow is 12/23/2019. This is disappointing and just not right to say yes, then say no.
