Xfinity Mobile number port in woes

I would imagine something so minor would be pretty straight forward. It's not with you guys. I've been trying for about one solid week, to no avail. In store, on phone through chat.

Nevermind the port in which you guys have no idea on how to do, my phone no longer works. I keep getting a message to call Verizon when I dial a number. If you guys can't/don't know run a service, please don't.

I'm getting to the stage where I think my only option is to contact the FCC since no one at Comcast can explain why the port in isn't working.
