Xfinity mobile not honoring HELLO 2021 SALES EVENT promo

I just renewed my blast internet service this week for 24 months, and i also just signed up for xfinity mobile for me and my wife. I recieved the pixel 4a, and my wife recieved the iphone se. The promo says

Ive now called multiple times, sent xfinity chats with no resolution. Ive read the details on the website. I do qualify. Ive actually been put on hold for hours and hung up on, ive also had a xfinity representative close a chat on me. My next step is to cancel my xfinity service. Its been the worst csr experience ever. The CSR dont leave notes regarding the last call, and I always have to bring them up to speed on the issue. Ive now been calling xfinity for 3 days. Its a real shame, xfinity wont keep their word.
