Xfinity Mobile - No alerts that voicemail storage limits is being approached

I have an iPhone 12 Pro, and apparently my voicemail box was full and callers could not leave messages, yet I got no warning of this, Neil a caller told me about the mailbox full.
How can I determine remaining voicemail capacity?

Can I increase the capacity?

Can I set up to get a warning that the capacity is approaching the limit?

TIA

My understanding is that there is either a 20 or 40 iOS voicemail limit, so you may need to save them elsewhere.

To save them elsewhere:
  1. From a Home screen, tap the Phone app . ...
  2. Tap Voicemail .
  3. Tap the desired voicemail message then tap the Share icon .
  4. Choose 'Add to Notes' or 'Save to Files' then save the voicemail.
  5. To share the voicemail, select a preferred method (e.g., Messages, Mail or AirDrop)

This is good to know - I’ve done this for some “keeper” VMs.

Would someone from Comcast please respond to my post?  If the above comment is correct about VM limits, that’s totally unacceptable. You essentially have a VM which imposes a capacity limit, but doesn’t tell you what the limit is, or how much of it you’re currently using!
