Xfinity Mobile - MY ACCOUNT page - LOGIN LOOP

As per the forum,Xfinity is aware of My Account page login loop issue in all browsers even after clearing cache/cookies for years now. This is been very annoying to reach customer service for any updates.  But why is Xfinity taking very long time to fix this issue ? is anyone aware of any solution for this ? please do share. Thanks.!
