Xfinity mobile iOS app “devices” section not working
Hello, I am running the newest version of the Xfinity mobile app as of today 2.23.1 on iOS 14.3
When I click on the devices section of the app, it doesn’t seem to load and gives me an error saying “sorry, something went wrong“.
I tried signing out of the app, deleting the app and reinstalling it, and also installed the app on another iPhone but the same error occurs. My parents also have Xfinity mobile, and the app works fine on their account.
I emailed firstname.lastname@example.org on 12/4/2020 about this issue but never received a response.
Anyone else have this error or advice on how to fix it?
