Xfinity mobile has not honored a credit

I have been dealing with xfinity customer service for 3 months now regarding mobile promotional offers made and not yet honored. I was told I would get a $100 visa but later they said I wasn't going to get one but instead said they would give me a $100 credit to my billing. This credit has not been received. I have on multiple other occasions been offered a credit and not received it. It seems like a method customer service chat agents use to appease the customer fully knowing they didn't actually give the credit.  So I have been taking screen shots and video recordings of all chat sessions and have undeniable evidence.

I am including the screen shot here.

Good evening @UserChew. I hope you are doing well and having a great night. I am sad to read you have been having trouble receiving a credit onto your account. The screenshot is helpful and appreciated. We are here and happy to help. Please send our team a DM this way we can look into this further.

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
  • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
  • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window • Press Enter to send it

@XfinityKrystal

When I linked the screen shot it just shows a black screen after it was linked.   Will they be able to see it or is it a black screen for them?
