Xfinity messed up our activation today on new iPhone SE..now 1 phone is useless

Now on our second tech support person..they cut us off 3 times now..been a couple of hours..

we bought 2 new iPhone SE at Apple and the Apple guy put in our old existing SIM cards ( from our iPhone 6's) into our new SE phones.

Then said go home n call Xfinity to activate the sim and register the details of the 2 new SE phones.

we got 2 new SIM cards from xfinity in the mail..

Today...first agent told me to put the sim in my phone #1..... I did, then got cut off..!!!!!!!!!

Now phone #1 won't work at all.... we were just cut off a second time with Crystal... who said her " higher tiers" help cut her off😜

My hubby hasn't even had a chance to put his new SIM card in ..

naybody out there can help or know a supervisor at xfinity that can help...

they also suggested calling from a third phone..which we do NOT have..!!!!!!

we r in Venice....
