xfinity 300Back offer on upgrade to iphone 13 seems fake

i had purchased iphone 13 pro max on  on 7th Oct with 300back offer
i had receved the iphone on 11th of Nov and activated the phone on same day. i not able to track my $300 gift card on the xfinityincentivetracer website.

not sure if  will be receiving the same.  i had submitted a ticket but no response

xfinitymobile customer care is useless not able to help on this

I bought an iPhone13 Pro Max on launch day,  and received the $300 gift card a couple weeks ago.   It's not fake.
