Won’t let me return equipment and close account!

I absolutely hate the service. I just want OUT!!! I don’t want the phone or company service. I want to return my phone because the service is GARBAGE. They won’t let me return the phone and close the account. Can someone please tell me how I can do it?! I don’t want this phone or to deal with the company that promises things that aren’t true AT ALL.

They keep telling me I can’t return the phones. I’ve tried multiple times to speak to them via phone.

Devices have 14 days from when it was shipped (or the date is was purchased in store) to initiate a return. If your device is eligible for return, you can start the process in the Xfinity Mobile My Account app. From My Account go to Devices, select the phone, then select Manage Device. If the phone is eligible to be returned, you will see a "Exchange or Return" button which you will select and then follow the prompts to complete the return. There is a $35 restocking fee per device.
