Wife and I have the identical iPhone XR. Her's is "compatible" and mine is not. Why ?

I am trying to add my UNLOCKED VERIZON IPHONE XR to my Mobile account.  Says it is "NOT COMPATIBLE" yet my other IDENTICAL iPhone XR (also Verizon) is on the system with no problem.  The "not compatible" one has been on Verizon, T-Mobile and Total Wireless (Verizon MVNO) with no problem.  It was purchased from Verizon as was the other one.  XFINITY MOBILE SELLS IPHONE XR's so why is mine not compatible?  Makes ZERO sense.

Do you happen to have beta software on the (Not Compatible) iPhone XR?  I know that will sometimes show it as not compatible.

Hi, @.

I can see how that would be frustrating not being able to transfer over your phone to the new account if the other one was able to be moved over. So far since we do not have an answer from the community, I would reach out directly to our mobile team here (888) 936-4968 for further assistance with this issue.

Yea, I tried that and as usual after 45 minutes with them on the phone they didn't have a clue and told me it was because I was a new customer and couldn't yet add a 3rd line to my account which was TOTALLY incorrect.  So I just gave up with them and found a way to get around it.  The iPhone Xr is now working just fine despite the fact it tells me it is an "unrecognized device" on my account.  What is even stranger is I put in the IMEI number of my other 2 current Xfinity Mobile phones and it says they are "not compatible" either.

And to answer @MEGEDH, the poster above you, NO it is not beta software.
