What is it going to take to get either a replacement or a refund?!! Unacceptable.
I have been waiting since September 2022 for an iPhone 14 pro that was stolen by FedEx. They have acknowledged this fact but refuse to refund my money or replace the device! THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT A GOLD MEMBER!!!!! I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR A PHONE THAT YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER STOLE!!!! I will be filing regulatory complaints and lawsuits if this is not resolved soon. I have been told over and over "just give us 48 hours"... NO I gave you for months! FIX IT!!
