When someone switches between Android and Apple iOS they need to reconfigure some backend server settings, so you need to call XM and ask for a knowledgeable Visual Voicemail Tier 2 representative. Have them call you back, if necessary.
In the mean time make sure that the IMEI on your phone matches the IMEI shown for your device on your account, make sure that you have the latest iOS update, reset your network settings, power off and on, and so on.
