@ComcastChrisL I recently brought 3 phones to Xfinity Mobile this past Monday and none of the voicemail work on any of them. They keep saying "not in service" when someone gets to the voicemail.

Google “how to setup voicemail on xxxxxx” where xxxxxx is your phone model
If your new phones are iPhones, go to Phone, then voicemail, and then Setup Voicemail.
