VM APP on new Samsung A71 5G
I just switched from Verizon to Xfinity mobile for the price. I was told my Samsung Galaxy S7 wouldn't be compatible and I had to buy a new phone...upgraded to the A71 5G and the VM app will not work! People call and leave VM but the app doesn't show there are any VM! I have called twice and be online with customer service forever, was told twice that someone would call me back the next day to make sure VM was working....no call. Made an appt. and went to the store and basically was told there was nothing Comcast could do about this and I would have to use *86!!!! WHAT??? I haven't used that in 15-20 years! Xfinity isn't ready to be a mobile carrier!! Going back to Verizon....never had a minutes problem with them, willing to pay for that!
