I switched to Xfinity Mobile nearly a month ago. Visual Voicemail has never worked on my new iPhone 12. I've spent upwards of 10 hours on the phone with Xfinity tech support and with Apple tech support, not to mention two visits to my local Xfinity store.
The gist of it is Xfinity initially said it's an Apple problem. Apple says it's an Xfinity problem. Then Xfinity says it's a Verizon problem and it'll be fixed in 72 hours. That was nine days ago and four days ago, the tech at the store said the problem had been advanced to a 3rd tier(I think that's the term) support person and it would be fixed quickly. As of now, I've had now response from them.
I'm at my wit's end. Anybody have any thoughts other than to abandon Xfinity and go back to AT&T?
