Visual Voicemail

I switched my xfinity mobile from an android device to an iPhone earlier this year and have never been able to set up visual voicemail. I believe a Comcast re needs to reset something. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Pretend you still live in 1994, and you won't be disappointed that you still have to dial *86 to get voicemail. Other than that, other functions on your 21st century device work fine.
