Visual Voicemail - Transcription
I'm growing tired of the runaround. I call, chat, get transferred and sit on hold . I'm resorting to posting here, to see if anyone will fix it. It shouldn't take this long to fix what seems to be a simple issue.
I don't have time to sit on calls performing the same steps over and over again. I even factory reset my phone to try to fix it. I've been very patient, putting up with it for months.
The issue is on your end. It's not Samsung. It's ridiculous to blame Samsung, when it worked fine with Verizon; the same network you're on. If it is not rectified, I'm just going to switch back.
