Visual Voicemail not working

I recently switched from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile and also switched from android to Iphone 13.  I cannot get my visual voicemail to work.  I have 18 VM from my recently deceased Mom that I do not want to lose. How can I get visual voicemail to work?  I have been on the phone with Xfinity Mobile support and they haven't been able to help me.

@XfinityAshley​ hi Ashley and thank you for your kindness. Yes, I went to the Xfinity store. They couldn’t help me and told me to call Xfinity tech support. They were not able to help and were supposed to call me back to find out if their solution worked (it didn’t) but they never called back. I’m very frustrated.

Hi Kassie.  It is just the phone app that was on the phone.  When I open that, there's a little VOICEMAIL symbol on the far right.  When I open that, it just gives me a mostly white screen with VOICEMAIL at the top, a small box in the middle that says Call Voicemail.  I think this mailbox was set up with Verizon which is why the voicemails are still there but no visual voicemail.  I have read on forums that it needs to be "transferred" to Xfinity so you can take it from there. I don't know if this is right.

Yes, we moved our service from Verizon to Xfinity mobile and switched from android to iPhone.
