Visual Voicemail Not Working iPhone 11
Just switched over to XM and now I no longer have access to visual voicemail. I have tried contacting multiple service level agents through chat to no avail, they cannot answer anything or help in any way with technical stuff. I have seen a number of other posts where individuals were able to get help from a better service agent through this medium so I am hoping to be able to do the same. If not I may just have to return the phone and go to a different carrier with better service.
