Visa Rebate Frustration

Anyone else has [Edited: "Language"] a time getting the promo Visa gift card? I purchased a new iPhone in January 2021 and I am long overdue for the Visa gift card.

I called and emailed https://xfinityrewardcenter.com *many* times. They confirmed eligibility and told me to wait. Lately, they have been hard to get hold of.

Anything else I can do before I resort to complaining to BBB, state consumer protection agency, etc.?

Hi korlecospug! We're sorry to hear you haven't received your gift card with your latest iPhone purchase! Starting with the Xfinity Reward website is a great place. Does it provide a date in which the gift card was going to be sent or similar? I know tracking details can sometimes be updated on that site or a date when it is shipped! Also, have you reached out to our Xfinity Mobile experts by calling or texting? They are able to take a look into the account a bit further! 


To get started, please send us a private chat message with your full name and service address to Xfinity Support. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window Press Enter to send
