Visa Card Expired

Hi Team,

I have a $450 Visa Debit card that was never activated and recently expired. I didn't realize the date was so soon and I'm hoping you can help me get this reissued so I can use the card.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

To send a "Direct Message" message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

@XfinityDevinC I was trying to find the direct message icon on the top, but couldn't find one. Can you point me to it with a snapshot of how its supposed to look like. I have a xfinity mobile visa debit card with $200 which got expired on Feb 2023 and I didn't use any amount from that card.

I have the same issue my visa cards first took too long to come, and then they expired too soon :(

can i do the same ??
