Verizon Android to Xfinity IPhone Visual VM defunct

No set up button. Called a million times but no one I MEAN NO ONE can fix it.

Dial 611 and ask for tier 2 support to switch the backend voicemail setting from Android to Apple iOS. Once this has been done, power off and on, go to Phone, then Voicemail, then you should now see either Setup or Greeting if they correctly changed you to Apple iOS VVM.
